Reddish Egret with a freshly caught "greenback" fish (aka Atlantic Thread Herring), a common bait fish in our area. Taken at Ft. De Soto yesterday.

Sweet shot Jason. The water drips on the fish and eye contact between prey and predator really make this one special.

Jason, this is so clean and crisp! The water droplets are frozen, but the detail in the head and neck of the bird is great too. This is fantastic and very well done. Congrats!

This is splendid in all regards. Sharpness, the catch, and the action depicted by the water. I can't come up with anything to "nitpick" on, so I won't :)

A great snapshot in time -- beautiful bird with excellent clarity and color. The BG really complements, and the action composition is very enjoyable. No nits on this!
