This was taken at Jones Beach.

Canon 10D 500mm f4 550ex, Tripod Ball head Leveling head Sidekick, Manual exposure using incident meter 1/250 @ f13, Fill flash -1, Manual focus.

You did very well to keep the whole image sharp with an unusual shooting angle which I like. I would wish for a bit more detail in the body black area, hard to do.

Wow. Great detail in this one. I don't like where you placed the copyright as it is distracting. Maybe smaller in the same location or possibly on the right.
