Tennessee Warbler Upper Texas Coast

D2X, 600, 1.4X.

Here's one I just found from last Spring. A tiny jumpy Warbler, which managed to stop and pose just for a second in late evening light.

Love the colors on the bird and how it comlpements the whole scene. The diagonals of the perch and wing to tail are cool.

Nice comp, Alan.
I like the down-slanted perch and the birds' position.

Alan,
I have seen a lot of Tennessee Warblers, but have never see one stand still, especially out in the open, for more than about 1 nanosecond. Are you putting super glue on the branches?
Super job.

Really nice, Alan. I like that the perch angle matches that of the bird. Not many photos of Tennessee's have shown such detail in the colors of the plumage.

Really nice, Alan. By the time these guys get up here in the spring, they spend all of their time at the very tops of the trees and we rarely see them down low.

I have to get to the Texas coast for migration some spring....

Sweet shot of this sweet little bird. Gorgeous light and background to show off colour of the bird and the perch.
