Hi guys, here's another of my favourites. Decided to go on one of Art Morris' post Christmas IPT's in Florida a few years back. Was astounded at the locations that we saw, and the amazing photo opportunites. A shame I was only learning to use my equipment at the time, but what a way to learn.

Anyway, I was crawling slowly through the mud trying to get a shot of a gull when these two guys started to go for each other. Managed to get a few shots in sequence, before they went their seperate ways. This was one of the lucky ones in that there were no unfortunate shadows cast by the wings.

The foot in the mouth was an added bonus.

So that's another fave of mine. And thanks again to Artie.

Comments/Suggestions Welcome

Cheers, Gearoid

Cheers for the comments guys.

Larry - Of course i'm still crawling through the mud for a gull shot. Yet to nail that killer gull shot :P :P

Hugh - Thanks for the compliment, but while this is one of my faves, my "shot in a lifetime" will be coming up in my next post. Not a great shot aesthetically, but it's significance. A similar one is over in the Europe chapter.

Thanks again guys, loving all the inspirational images.

Outstanding behavior! The bird with it's foot caught looks quite shocked.
