Ruby-crowned kinglet

Shot this guy on my trip to bombay. I decided to work on kinglets last wed. and have gotten shots i never thought I would have in such little time.. so i'm very happy!

BTW - I now have poison sumac all over me thanks to this guy.

~85% of full frame.

Chris,
You can treat the poison sumac with cortisone cream or you can let it alone, and it will go away in 3 weeks.
BTW Great image !!!!

very nice shot! I too wish the tail was sharp.. but it is very cool as is!

You & Kim are just plain mean. :) Tail nit mentioned, but otherwise this is another corker of the little kinglet. Crisp detail, perky pose atop the berries, and a nice complementary BG. Very nice!
