The summer is winding down and the dark nights return...this year already has seen some terrific sun spot activity and Aurora ...but we have missed out because of the nights being too light...not any more though as the darks days are approaching. Sept 3 rd was one such night for Aurora Activity, It was not forecast but one never knows so must watch the skies locally as often Aurora can be there at any time.
