More from the last couple weeks …this year the first 2 weeks of June have been highly productive with lots of activity…this last week things have slowed down as many of the nesters settle down. The Bay ice is disappearing and soon open water will be all round us. Time to take out the boat for the larger ponds.
July will be mostly land birds and with luck a couple fox dens and some caribou.
