(Sandhill Crane) Bosque de Apache, New Mexico
I'm now into month two of my one month long series of images from my two weeks at Bosque. My intent is to make the images flow as though they all occurred during a single day. Of course, they occurred during the two weeks I was there. This is the 28th post of the series. The time is now 8:21 am. Well if this isn't a flight shot, it almost is. By the end of the trip I got comfortable with experimenting since I had so many images. Slowing down the shutter speed allowed me to see just how much blur I would get as a got slower. It also let me see how many frames I could throw away due to camera motion blur. This was not one of those. Tripod/Wimberley Mounted Nikon D2H, 600mm AFS, TC-20EII, (1200mm), ISO 200, Manual, 1/80 @ F22.0. Cropped about 15% from left and top. Tony
