I've seen some wonderful kestrel shots from Bosque this year, this is another one.

Wonderful bird, and wonderful pose, a little tweaking in levels can make it pop and a touch of USM could make it sing, Sill very nice as is!!

Wonderful pose and great shot. It does appear soft. Some USM and levels will make this sing.
