Blue and Gold Macaw, Audubon Zoo, New Orleans, LA.

I hope this fellow is alright, I've not heard anything about the fate of the hundreds of animals at the Zoo.

Haim there is actually very little sharpening applied on the image. Here is the image with no sharpening applied in conversion or PS.

Nice colorful photo! Nice DOF - the bird is sharp to the edges. Great detail, look at the zebra stripes around the eye. Cool!

Gorgeous. That orange as opposed to yellow makes it look like a hybrid macaw - Blue & Gold x Scarlet - known as a Catalina.
