20D, 500/4L + 1.4X TC II, 550EX + Project A Flash @ -1 1/3, Gitzo + BH1 + Sidekick, ISO 400 -1/3, 1/60 @ f/11

Very cool angle on this pose. It needs a CCW rotation though. I guess you wanted the eye contact to be level as it is posted. The detail and bg are great.

The dark head gets a touch lost, but helps emphasize the eyes so I'm not sure that's a bad thing. Cute view - I like the "look" the bird is giving us. :)
