Excellent capture, Michael, particularly because these creatures are always running from here to there. Those wattles really are ugly.

Nice shot Mike. I couldn't get a shot at these guys when I was there as they moved too fast. They are ugly, but according to my cuban inlaws, they are good eating... I'll pass...

I'm here again, Michael. I keep coming back to your image attempting to figure out why I keep coming back to your image. I put it into PS and found a rather strong cyan cast. To confirm this for yourself, use Image / Adjustments / Auto Color. I only use Auto Color for rapidly testing an occasional image. The image looks fine after this. Try it.

Wonderful details on this ugly mug. Heather asked me the other day if I thought any birds were ugly and I said no. I might be reconsidering....

Sandy, I tried Auto Color but it made it look worse ?
Auto levels made it look better however !
Will you repost it with your improvements ?

I really like the picture but I do feel it is a little flat or off ?

Thanks for your comments & suggestions Sandy, as always they help me learn & understand and strive to be better.

Again please feel freee to repost with your thoughts.

I've always had a soft spot for these guys. Who says they're ugly? (Of course, my address is Guinea Ridge Rd! :) ) I love everything from those straight up hairs, to the detail through the chest to the patriotic colors in the head.

Rich
