Black Tailed Godwit

Photographed this evening, close to where I live. Godwits are quite abundant here, as there are many fields where I live.
I was having great fun photographing this bird, until someone walking his dog appeared, chasing the godwit off :evil:
Rushed back home to have a look at my images, only to find out my CF card was corrupted :( and could not be accessed. After spending a couple of hours, I managed to delete the card and recover my files with Recover My Files software.

Canon 10D, 500/4L IS + 1,4II, 1/400 @ f/6,3 ISO 200, G1325+1380 (about 85% of original)

Must agree with everyone's comments. The exquisite sharpness of the bird contrasting with the soft, out of focus greenery makes for a truly exceptional image. I'm sure you are pleased that you were able to save this photo.
