Snow Goose Chen caerulescens

This was taken by the Farm Deck on Monday morning shortly before we left to come home. The geese were very active that morning. I just wish the wind would have been out of the south.

The composition and light look pretty good to me. I especially like that the belly and feet are so prominent at this angle.

To paraphrase Alex, with shadows this open, who cares about wind direction? Good one!

Bill,

Excellent flight shot. The position of the goose and the wings couldn't be better.
