She was nice enough to sit and model for me on a perch that was attached to my deck this past Sunday morning. This is my first image posting to this forum and I would appreciate any comments or critiques.

Perhaps 1/3 overexposed but otherwise an awesome shot.

This is well composed and I like the falling snow and the snow on the perch. The head looks like it could use a bit more sharpening.

Snow is a little hot but really nice just the same.

Joe:

Welcome to NSN, Great first post, it tells the story of how stoic these birds are against the elements, the nits have already mentioned. Looking forward to see more.

A little tightly cropped and it could use some more USM. Love the snowflakes Joe. Welcome to NSN.

Agree on the tight crop. Otherwise lovely image.

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. The snow on the branch is a little hot. I will see if I can adjust the exposure some and add a little more USM. I can't do much about the cropping as it is full frame.

I agree the snow is a little hot, but I love this comp. So simple. Kudos.
