Last evening at Bosque, decent sky and good pose and sharp enough to see through the nasal passage.
I will be gone for about a week. Have fun. I will be driving from L.A. to Rawlins Wyoming. I hope to find something interesting to shoot on the way.

I always find these the hardest to sharpen right. In yours, it looks like there is a halo around the bird. Love the color. Always a great thing for the last night there.

Tony is right about the Halo but the shot is otherwise very nice.

FWIW silhouettes should not be sharpened at all since there is nothing to sharpen but edges.
