Naturescapes logon issues

Having to post this from my work computer, something has happened to my home computer with issues staying logged into NSN. I log into NSN and the second I try to go anywhere on the site, I am unlogged again and returned to the log on page. It is a continuous circle, logging on and then trying to go to either my messages, posting an image, or critiquing an image instead places me right back at the log-on page and back to unlogged status.

I have repeatedly tried:

Clearing history, temp files, cookies, etc.
Clearing the NSN board cookies
Turning off popup blocker.

I have not done anything new on my computer-no new software, settings, etc. This has just occured now. Any advice?

Jeff, I know you said you cleared temp files and cookies but it's almost certainly a problem in that area. Depending on what browser you're using (most likely IE I'm guessing) you'll need to purge all browser cached pages, and then manually delete all NSN-related cookies. Using the link on the forums to "Delete all board cookies" is not enough, you do need to look for any additional NSN cookies and take them out as well. That should cure it...

I had this same problem a while back. Deleting cookies was a temporay fix, good for one visit only. Unfortunately I don't remember how I solved the problem. I think I contacted NSN and they rebooted my account or something. Good luck.

I use Firefox and don't run into this issue anymore. Used to happen periodically with IE.

Try the cookie dump again but clear ALL your cookies and temp files when you are on a different page from NSN and try that. In the future please post these sorts of things in the help forum as well.

Sorry for the troubles. Definitely something local.

I continously have this problem with FireFox 3.5 on Vista64. Only IE works.

Cleared cache and all other artifacts several times and still puts me back to main screen and prompts for login. I have also Deleted all board cookies.

Anyone else with this issue?
