 It came so close at times we were concerned at being able to focus. For this shot the Grebe just headed straight towards me, making the shooting angle higher that I expected as it was so close. All comments invited. 10D, 500 + 1.4x 1/200 @ f8, ISO 200 Incident light metered. Cropped 10% on the left to position the bird in the frame USM 100 after downsizing. Frederick Lat Correa
