Photographed in my backyard throught a sliding glass door.

Provide food and they will come. My feeders are so reliable that parents bring their young to my yard to feed.

The one with the white forehead is the adult.

Comments welcome.

A very cool and unique capture, Roy. Did you manage any with a slower SS and more DOF, focusing on the centre bird?

What a cool family shot. I love it when the youngsters start coming to the feeders. It won't be long before all the birds are back down there and the weather will be good to get out and shoot. Until then.......keep shooting out that sliding glass door!!!

Just a little motion blur on the adult, but a great shot. Great DOF and composition. Nice story told by the image, also.

I love the pose - the background bothers me a bit though I can't quite put my finger on why.
