Barred Antshrike, female, Costa Rica

D70, VR70-200, 1.4x (@280mm), iso 400, 1/250, f7.1, SB800. Horizontal image cropped from right only, hotspots in BG cloned. I did not get a good image of the male but include a shot below because these are fairly unusual birds that have not yet been posted on this forum. Comments and critiques welcome.

Jerry, very unigue image. Really like the bird's intense look. Nice contrast between the rock and the BG. Though the BG is not OOF, it is soft and contrasts so well, it is just right.
