Chachalaca Vocalizing

Gitzo, sidekick, 75% of full frame

I had never seen or heard a Chachalaca before Roma. After three days I was tired of both seeing and hearing them :) . Not the best of images but catching one up in a tree vocalizing was not typical of how we usually saw them.

I think you're being a little harsh on yourself there Neil. The angle is slightly high, but it's by no means awful.
Nice comp & pose.

I thought your original looked great but I'm looking at it on a very high contrast laptop. These birds are so funny and huge and you can tell they are coming from the noises that they make. Great to get him off the ground like that.
