Canon 1DS Mark II, 600 IS Lens plus 2XTCII 1/500 f8 ISO 400 BB-1

According to textbooks the most powerful combination of colors for the human eye is red and green. This cardinal is so saturated that looks unreal, but for some reason the cardinals of South Texas are more redder that the rest of the country, no extra saturation was given in PS.

All brutal critiques are welcome. Thanks for looking.

Your Cardinals are much brighter down there than up here. The color combination is powerful....but it's really the wonderful detail of the bird that makes it so good.

Super saturated, is right, Juan. Maybe they have more competition for colour in Texas than in the north. Beauty!

Boy, that's red, Juan. Much redder than Cemtral Texas.

Great job.
