Hey Dennis,

I think you forgot to tell us you cloned out strings that were suspending this stuffed puffin!!!

But seriously, this is a great shot and reading your story and Gregs makes it even better. Way to go!

Dennis, This is outstanding.

I would be very tempted to add more canvas in PS and clone in more space around the bird.

Awesome Dennis, and to hear Greg's story just adds to the impression. You really nailed this all around.

Well....with a shot like that I'd say the weather conditions were more than worth the misery. Knowing my ability at flight shots, I'd probably have been with Heather and Karen. Absolutely outstanding.....certainly worth jumping up and down for....good thing you didn't accidently hit the delete button when viewing with your excitement.

I am impressed! I saw some of these birds on a boat tour in Alaska and was amazed at how fast they flew. This is really nice--I wish it was mine.

This is my kinda flight shot. (I tend to like them tight.) I can only hope that I get one as nice next year. :)
