Big Ideas

Lower Zambezi National Park, Zambia.

EOS10D, Sigma 100-300 F4 + 1.4TC, ISO 200,F8, 1/160.

We were so busy watching the stand off between the Lionesses and this Elephant, that we didn't have time to worry about the fact that the Lions were positioned between the advancing Elephants and us!!

All comments and critiques always welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking.

This is so cool - the lion is in total attack position. How did the standoff end?

A wonderful moment captured. If this was mine I think I would have made it a brighter which would have been a mistake its just right as it is - something learned!

The best photos tell a story. The interaction is super. Sharpest focus on the elephant was the smart choice.. Excellent work as usual. Congrats on a great trip!

I definitely can't wait to see how this one ends! What an image- what juxtaposition, perfectly composed! This one would be fun to do a humorous caption contest with.
