We spent many happy and amazing hours with various Lions but one of the special days was spent with a pride and their two cubs. This particular one could wrap his father round his little paw - and didn't he know it! The affection between the two of them was a joy to watch.

We have many images of this family, but this has to be one of my favourite shots from the trip. 8)

All comments and critiques always welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking.

great interaction.

I really like the contrast between the father's size and the younger one. Some may say a tighter crop (vertical of the two heads together) would work better but inclusion of the paws also really emphasizes the size deferences for me.

well done look forward to more of your trips work.

beautiful!!!!
how cute!
I agree with the tighter crop, but if this is a large pring, I would rather have it as is.
:D
I can see why it is your favorite, the expressions are priceless

I love the expression on the cub! Very nice shot, Carol!

I do wish there was a little more light on the subjects, but that might just be my monitor...

I can't tell you how much I like this one. The expression on the cub is priceless. Reminds me of a cute little kitten I'd like to cuddle......until I see what he's rubbing up against. A truly remarkable capture!!!
