Bill, I think it is neat how you can take a black bird, add patterns, texture and a splash of very bright color and it ends up being quite interesting. Nice shot.

Bill this image is absolutely stunning. The pose is wonderful and the detail in the black plumage is superb. It has to be one of - if not THE best Cormorant image I have seen and I would be proud to have it in my files.

I agree with Carol on this one. You have great detail from the blacks, a simple perch and clean BG. What I love most is the twisted neck!!
