I was encouraged to post this by Motif, as well as Brian's 'Shy Tufted Titmouse', earlier.
I took this early last April at the Leslie Street Spit west of Toronto. It was unusually cold and this sweetie was trying to build a nest. I got a series of shots, but this one is funny, I love the skirt and I'm not sure if it is cross legged or not. It dropped the straw after a gust of cold wind hit us both. The blur is because of motion from the wind. Some USM and about 40% crop. Thanks for looking and hope you get at least a giggle 10D, 100-400 at 400mm 1/500 f8, ISO 200 Monopod Frederick Lat Correa
