This youngster was 2 months old when it drifted in close with the parents keeping an eye out. I had to add a bit to the top of the frame as it was so tight. Probably the kind of picture the parents of the cygnet would keep in their wallets.

Beautiful shot, Ken. Excellent detail. I wish slightly for the bird to be somewhat closer to the right edge so the bill has more room.

This is a wonderfully cute morsel!!!, Well done indeed!!, The added top space looks "added on", a little cloning practice can surely fix this!!
Marvelous!!! Congrats!! 8)

:D :D :D A super shot Ken. When I see images like this I wonder about the personalities in these lovely feathered creatures. Are they sizing us up? Are the communicating? Or, are they even curious? There certainly seems to be something radiating out of that face.

Monique, I am packed and ready to go, I may not look like much but I am well behaved and can grow on you like a fungus, with no cure for it!!!

Great portrait! I am with Sandy in wanting more room for the bill and less on the right.
