NEW! Photo Essays Discussion Forum!

Based on an idea from Juan Pons, we have created a discussion forum for Photo Essays.

The Photo Essay discussion forum provides photographers an opportunity to present a small series of images with written text to illustrate an idea, a place, or a sequence of events. One post per week is permitted in this forum and each post may include 2-6 image posts with an accompanying essay not to exceed 500 words. Please note that this forum is not intended to display an unrelated portfolio of work and that the article is a critical part of the posts.

Images included in the post should conform to the posting guidelines: each image should be less than 120 kilobytes in size and no greater than 650 pixels on the longest side. Panoramics may be 800 pixels on the longest side, but no greater than 400 pixels on the shortest.
