It is either Eagles or Cranes for me it seems. This is another shot from last weekend (my crane nirvana day). I liked this shot becuase these two were almost perfectly in synch. It would have been nice if the upper bird's legs were not behind the lower bird but I am not complaining too much. Cropped out a bird at the bottom that was not flying the same direction.

Dan
A nice "double shot". I think you called it when you mentioned the merge of the two birds. Nice to see Cranes from somewhere other than Bosque.

Nice shot. It is nice how these birds fly in synch.

Dan,

Doing great with the cranes. Also showing a nice contrast with the immature at top and parent at the bottom.

I really like when birds in flight use this braking technique to slow down and land.

Very elegant image.
