Please help with Id

I took this shot close to Yekaterinburg, Russia, Ural mountains, right at the border of Europe and Asia on August 28th, 2005. I tried to identify this bird using 'Birds of Europe' by K. Mullarney et al, but with no success. Please help with identification. For now I call it 'Siberian parrot' :wink:
