I didn't have my flash with me for this one, it would have really helped. But I still like this for all the colors and position of the ducks.

A little too contrasty and the telltale overuse of the shadow/highlight tool halos around the birds.

Sweet shot Jason. The birds being in the shadows against this bright bg is a tough call. The birds are a bit blueish, especially the male. No flash with you Jason, not gettin' lazy are we?!

I knew I should have carried the flash with me. I was a little concerned with my ground pond, this being my first time using it, I didn't want to risk all my gear on the 1st use. It worked great so no more excuses.

Great composition concept and opportunity Jason. The flash would have helped you nail this one. Nits already known.
