Don't really know the reason for the name, but that's what first popped into my mind when I finished editing, so it stays!!!!

Weird wild stuff! Interesting effect indeed. I would remove the blue next to the bill. It does look like a vortex. :D :)

Nice textures used Fab and a very neat vortex :D Reminds me of time tunnel for sure. The eye of time is showing. :D
