The noise in the BG can easily be corrected and the whites toned down just a tad. Now...this is a really beautiful bird...one I've never seen before. What a cool red eye. I really like this image....colorful and simple. Welcome to NSN.....you're going to like it here.

Very nice. The BG looks a little noisy to me. It looks as if there was enough light to shoot at a lower ISO.
