 For those who are tired of owl shots, you may continue on now  Thought I would throw in one from the -40 weekend in Duluth. This was taken at Sax-Zim. The color is the setting sun shining on some vegetation behind the bird. The sun was actually to my left. 4 minutes before that the background was all gray.Cloned out a branch in the upper left corner. 20D 500mm IS at 1/60 f:5 and fill flash on gitzo 1325 and wimberly head REPOST COMMENTS:Thanks for all of the comments. It did look like I forgot to sharpen this one. I added just a little contrast. The "cutout" look is natural, I did nothing to the picture to create that affect. It is full frame width with a little off the top and bottom so it would not look so long. Maybe I should have left it full frame. Jeff Moore
