Image shot locally this month. Not sure this works for me due to location of bird in the center of composition. Comments/opinions greatly appreciated.
MKII, 600 IS, 2X, ISO250, 1/1600, f/8, RAW, 10% crop.

Rich, Lovely sky and overall colors. You could consider a 90 degree CCW rotation.

Nice shot and well handled light. It's amazing how they can hang upside down and work at the same time. It tried to look at it rotated CCW, but it looks like an awkward pose for the bird to me. I think it its good as is.

Great shot Rich. I like the orientation as is. There is a bit of a s/h halo around the bird and lower parts of the limb.

Rich, a nice shot. I would crop some off the bottom and off the top just above the right limb.

Cool bird and neat posture. The image looks soft to me and I can see a Shadow/Highlight tool halo around the bird and tree.

The image is soft and I also see the S/H halo effect here ...

I like the bird haging from the bark like this. I like the crop alan suggests and it does need more USM. A very colorful and well lit scene.
