I like the head on shot. Nice water too. The image looks very grainy. Either a large crop or high iso. Without seeing your techs, it's hard to say.

In addition to the grain, the shutter speed looks to slow on this one as well as there is no criticallysharp area.

A bit soft here but I like the pose. I think if you include much more in front of the bird then you risk having a cutoff reflection be a distraction.

An interesting angle but the softness is hurting this one. The contrast on the bird is a little high as well. Tech info would be helpful to give you some suggestions. The bird and bg colors are pretty cool.
