Someday I'll get a photo of the migration that I really like... Yes, there is one landrover trapped out in the mass of wildebeests.

Serengeti, June 2004. 1Ds, 28-70 at 70. Cropped to pano.

Cool shot Rich, really conveys the activity here. The dust clouds add to this further. Probably wouldnt notice the LR had you not mentioned it. The tree seems to grab my eye here for some reason, maybe as an anchor to the activity. Wondering if you have any other crops or images with the tree way to the right or left?
Good work as usual.. Happy New Year...

Wonderful shot, Rich. I agree that it is difficult to get a great migration shot, but this one really does tell a great story. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, that says MIGRATION to me! The crop is great with good placement of the dust cloud. Neat shot.

A low aerial view would probably be pretty impressive over a herd like this.

Are you sure its not 2 LR's out there? No matter, this certainly conveys the feeling of the massed herds Rich, along with the dusty plains. 8) 8) 8) :)

Thanks for your regular support of the forum, and for taking the time to give helpful critiques too! 8)
