I did clone in the clipped off wing, but I still think it belongs here in the bird section instead of digital creations.
Bosque at Thanksgiving. Take offs at the Crane ponds early morning.

Mike,
I agree, that is why I added the wing tip outside. It was impossible to change the teleconverter after they started to take off. Basically, isolating one is very difficult and I was trying to get one, when the three took off, and I got this shot.

My only nits are that the little guy's head appears to be out of the DOF and the image is a little tight. Overall I really like the action that was captured as well as the colors.

I have no clue. The self timer shows up when I get the data from Breeze Browser. I guess if I read the book, I can change that. I never use the self timer anyway, so it is not an event for me. It is probably just what is set as a default.
How is Bolsa in the rain, anything?
