Nice one Ofer. The bird is pretty noisy which maks me think you lightened hm a bit too much in processing. Even without the noise, I think it should go a bit darker.

A sweet shot and comp. I agree with Chris. The bird is a bit washed out from being to light. Adding some contrast should help too.
