Great gray Owl (first post)

From a recent trip to Minnesota. Heard about the irruption of owls there and had to check it out !

Equipment used :
Canon D60
300mm2.8IS+1.4ex
1/80sec,f7.1
ISO100
AV mode
WB cloudy
Evaluative metering
Kenesis bean bag on a GMC roof top
Vertical crop from a horizontal

I love these owls and this image is great. The bird is so sharp and well lit, that the BG is no problem for me
