 Lower Zambezi National Park, Zambia EOS10D, Sigma 100-300 F4 + 1.4TC, ISO 400, f5.6, 1/200. Natural Light. Handheld. Dave and I were fortunate that the camp, knowing our love of photography and wildlife, usually let us have a vehicle to ourselves. On several days, we stayed with the Lions after sunset to observe their night time activities, and on more than one occasion we watched them use trees to scout the landscape for possible prey. On this night I wanted to catch a shot just in the few moments between the sun setting and total darkness. All comments and critiques always welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking.
