Another shot of Yosemite Falls from my trip there in April with Charles Glatzer and Phil Shaw. We arrived very early that morning, hours before sunrise, on to discover heavy cloud cover as the sky brightened from the hidden morning sun. Chas spotted this lone tree on a cliff's edge close to the top of the falls, so using our "big" glass, we all zoomed in and tried to make the best of the morning. It was a great exercise in focusing on the small wonders often lost in the big picture.

The bare rock and tree create very interesting measures of scale. Very powerfull looking water.

I love that lone tree rising from the brush with the falling water as a background. Well done.
