Polar Bears
Churchill, Manitoba

This is one of my favorite shots from my trip to Churchill a few years ago. I am looking forward to going again this fall.

Canon EOS3 with 500 f/4 IS and probably 1.4x TC on beanbag and window mount out of Tundra Buggy, Provia 100F.

This is one of my favorites too. Only 6 months and 80 degrees away... (it was 100 here today)

This is a beauty! It would be one of my favorites too, if it were mine.

Great shot Cheryl. The attentive mother look is great.

I know that all of you folks coming up will have a grand time even at 20 below. It might just work out that I and the wife will be in Churchill at the start or end of your week. Will look for you if we do make it down.

"100 above that would fry my....." :? still a pleasant minus 10 here.

"I will be the guy in the Tundra Buggy eating snickers".....the preferred snack food up here would be Coffee Crisp.

Excellent capture here Cheryl! This was also my favorite series from that trip. She had another cub just out of the frame if I remember but I got very few of all three together. I love this.
