This wendsday with Len Backus in the Buena Vista marsh in central Wisconsin. Had good morning light for several days in a row and great fun shooting these guys.

Very nice! I like the display posture. The feathers on top look like bunny ears sticking up.

This is great! I just photographed PC's last week-end and can not agree more about the fun is shooting these guys. I think a little more contrast might benefit this photo.

I had some plans for these guys this spring, but...... no time.
Great job and I agree with Juli about the contrast.

Lovely capture showing the display. Contrast already mentioned, maybe a little USM too.

Beautiful shot Jack, excellent detail and composition. A little boost in contrast/saturation would really pop this one off the screen! 8) 8) :)

Excellent! This is a fine shot. If I were going to print this the only add'l thing I'd do is clone out the bright horizontal plant stem just above the neck. Well done!

My exact words, and maybe a touch more saturation before applying the contrast!! Very nice pose and exposure, low angle is a plus !! Congrats!! 8)
