European Grey Wolves
Captive

EOS300D, Sigma 100-300 F4 + 1.4TC, ISO 400, F8. Natural Light.

Looking through my files for something with three wasn't easy! I have plenty of ones, twos or groups, but three is an unusual number in the animal world, or so it would seem!! Then my favourite pack came to the rescue for this shot. :)

All comments and critiques always welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking.

Carol,
Very nice, very crisp. I was waiting for a three-wolf shot from you and would have been seriously disappointed if this one had not shown up.

Its tough to have subject overlaps and make it work. In this situation it is very effective IMHO. Gives that "pack" feeling. I like that each is looking in a slightly different direction. You (and Dave) have some incredible wolf imagery..

A radar trio, or a team leader and his wingmen  Beautiful soft light and mood. And sharp as a razor blade. I like it very much. That old tree is in right place.

Cool image Carol. The three are nicely organized and you did well on your compostion. The green on the tree is really great.

Having one facing left then right then left again makes this work, for me.

Another excellent shot from your incredible collection. :)
