Lake Marayana, Tanzania. These little antelope have a habit of freezing to avoid detection whether hidden as he is or at times even in the open. Altered levels and increased saturation to 20. No leaves added or deleted.

Awesome Jim. Shooting through the foliage really adds to the impact of this. Love those big brown eyes.

Jim, When I have tried compositions like this they looked ridiculous. Yours has captured the concept beautifully. Congrats on a very special photo.

Excellent image, bends the rules a little maybe but it is very successful to my eye. A clear image showing the entire face would have an entirely different feeling to it. Thanks for sharing here..

I really love those gigantic round eyes framed by the long eyelashes peering through the leaves. This one makes me smile. :P

My, what big eyes you have!! That's a wonderful shot- but I'm a sucker for more subtle images like this.

I like partially concealed wildlife shots, and this is a stunning example.

Wow, does this ever fit the motif. Nicely imaged! Most times OOF objects in the foreground detract, but you've turned them into a bonus here!
