I like the color in this shot. The birds are really interesting looking. The blur of the wing in the upper left hand corner shows motion and frames the bird's head well. The background is green and not very distracting which is great

Suggestions:
I would consider getting this shot of the bird on the left without the other two. The shot seems a bit busy with all three in the same shot

I would shoot the image a bit brighter by around a 1/2 stop of light

Add Fill flash to put a catchlight in the bird(s) eye(s)
