When you click print in photoshop, it sends you to the printer settings for that printer. From top to bottom, there are a number of settings available. The most basic settings available for all printers are the top 6. The more advanced settings are below that, i.e. PrintSetting, ColorManagement, etc.
These advanced settings have lines through them.

If you're not using a Mac this won't sound familiar.

Problem resolved. Had to call Epson to find out that you need to do a few extra steps, if the printer driver doesn't take the first time. Printing like a champ, now.
