Haven't posted in a while due to work schedule and its been very slow "birdwise" at Bolsa Chica. Nothing exciting about this image, it just gave me something to post to get back on the forum... the image is from last week-end while doing a surfing photo shoot for my son (couldn't resist looking for birds between waves!).

MkII, 500/4 + 1.4, f5.6 @ 1/2500, Iso 400

As always... Thanks for looking

Good to see you posting again Vince. I know what you mean about being slow! Nice calm water ocean pano you captured here. So this was while shooting surfing?? Not much of a swell!

Really cool pano Vincent--like the spacing. I've never had luck with these guys over the ocean. The loss of the Kite tree is tragic.

Nice. Looks like the pelis are starting to show some color. I like the reflections and your crop.

The spacing between these 3 looks good to me, a pano from the very start.

The bird at the back is missing a reflection, which is slightly odd looking, it must have been nearer to the camera ?

So nice!! We see them skimming just above the surface like this often but rarely capture it well. You've done a great job.

Precision flying and precision photography.
